Describe the bug:
Every user I create disappears if I restart Eden. It will still be selected, and the files will still be there, but it won't show up on the user menu. Only the default Eden user will be visible and selectable.

Branch/PR/Release:
0.0.3
also Happens on 0.0.2
probaply also on 0.0.1 (not tested)

Steps to Reproduce:

Create new user
close and reopen eden
The newly created user will be gone

Expected behavior:

User should still be there

Device:

Steam deck OLED 512 GB

New Users will show up in the Switch Home Menu. However, whenever I add a new user, the old users in the Home Menu are overridden. The files are still there, but they don't show up in the Home Menu or Eden.
