Clearing a hotkey does not save #2582

If you remove a certain Controller hotkey bind (right-click -> Clear) in the Configure -> Hotkeys tab and then restart Eden, the hotkey does not stay clear. It resets back to the default hotkey binding. Binding a new button instead of clearing a hotkey does save normally.

This issue is not present in Sudachi.

Using 0.0.3 on Windows 11 Pro.
